Nursery worker — Okehi

Great opportunity: we are hiring a nursery worker in Okehi, Kogi State. Day-to-day duties: • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed • Water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines You should have: • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
