Short order cook — Morgan County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a short order cook in Morgan County, Georgia. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Your main tasks: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs Full-time, day shift.
