You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting On a typical shift you will inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $29 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
