You will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Six days a week, one day off.
