What we are looking for: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations Your main tasks: • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
