Bread and bun maker — Tucker County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Tucker County, West Virginia. You will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Part-time with flexible hours.
