On a typical shift you will report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low; apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position; pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons; carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station. You should have: • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
