Ideal candidate: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain On a typical shift you will cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear; grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle.
