Horizontal milling machine operator • Kendall County, Illinois

Great opportunity: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Kendall County, Illinois. You will machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence. What we are looking for: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
