Tandoor cook — Natrona County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Natrona County, Wyoming. You will work at a roadside dhaba. On a typical shift you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; prepare the mise en place before each service. What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
