Immediate opening: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Otero County, New Mexico. You should have: • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking On the job you will handle: • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
