Insulation worker — Chambers County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an insulation worker in Chambers County, Alabama. You will be based in lofts and crawl spaces. On the job you will handle: • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations You should have: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles Meals and transport allowance provided.
