Requirements: • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders Day to day you will trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution; clean condenser and evaporator coils; check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge; braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch; recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system.
