Join our team: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Franklin County, Indiana. You will be based in a catering unit. Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Day-to-day duties: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
