Die-casting operator wanted in Madison County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Madison County, Georgia. You should have: • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal Your main tasks: • Cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges Full-time, day shift.
