Your main tasks: • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Clear and reset tables between covers • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Check back during the meal and handle special requests Ideal candidate: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience.
