CNC mill setter-operator — Wheeler County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Wheeler County, Georgia. You will be based in a die and mould making unit. Requirements: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces Your main tasks: • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
