Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred The role involves: • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
