Workshop mechanic — Douglas County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a workshop mechanic in Douglas County, Kansas. You will be based on the workshop ramps. The role involves replace exhaust systems and catalytic converters; carry out wheel alignment and tyre balancing; diagnose engine faults using an OBD-II scan tool; bleed the brake hydraulic lines and check pad wear; carry out suspension and steering repairs; trace electrical faults in the starting and charging systems. You should have: • ITI / NVQ Level 3 qualification in motor vehicle maintenance • Own set of hand tools 6+ years on the tools preferred. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
