Kitchen porter • Kware, Sokoto State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Kware, Sokoto State. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards 1+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
