Meat trimmer — Egbeda

Join our team: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Egbeda, Oyo State. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. You will monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. Ideal candidate: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling 5+ years on the tools preferred.
