Vacancy available: we are hiring a panel beater in Walworth County, South Dakota. You will be based at a busy body shop. Ideal candidate: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop The role involves: • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $5,500 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
