Moulder • Hardy County, West Virginia

We are recruiting: we are hiring a moulder in Hardy County, West Virginia. You will be based on the moulding line. You will operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture. What we are looking for: • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection Overtime paid at a premium rate.
