Great opportunity: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Wyandotte County, Kansas. Requirements: • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances On the job you will handle: • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
