Coating plant operator — Marshall County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Marshall County, Tennessee. You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens You will sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
