Formwork erector — Catahoula Parish

Immediate opening: we are hiring a formwork erector in Catahoula Parish, Louisiana. Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts The role involves assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
