Vacancy available: prep cook (North Carolina)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a prep cook in Pitt County, North Carolina. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Day to day you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare the mise en place before each service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Pay around $7,500 per project, based on your experience.
