Dish pit attendant — Travis County

Now hiring: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Travis County, Texas. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. On the job you will handle: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
