Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Kearney County, Nebraska. The role involves: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
