Dough maker — Enugu South

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Enugu South, Enugu State. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Day to day you will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
