Vacancy available: we are hiring a press setter operator in Carroll County, Kentucky. You will be based at a white goods manufacturing plant. Requirements: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges You will load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
