Elevator service technician — Suwannee County

Now hiring: we are hiring an elevator service technician in Suwannee County, Florida. You will work at a busy lift company. You will top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches. You should have: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift.
