Finish carpenter — Ouachita County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a finish carpenter in Ouachita County, Arkansas. You will be based on a busy construction site. You should have: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • Own basic hand tools On a typical shift you will hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles; lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring; fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $140 per day, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
