Electrostatic spray painter • Franklin County, Florida

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Franklin County, Florida. You will be based on an industrial coating line. You will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Six days a week, one day off.
