Join our team: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Mecosta County, Michigan. The job is in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff You will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading.
