Immediate opening: fusing press operator (Bauchi State)

Now hiring: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Darazo, Bauchi State. You will be based at a garment factory. Ideal candidate: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings Your main tasks: • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
