Join our team: we are hiring a steward in Alpine County, California. The job is in a catering unit. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Day to day you will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading.
