Steel fixer — Walker County

Join our team: we are hiring a steel fixer in Walker County, Texas. The job is on an infrastructure project such as a metro or flyover. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing You will bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder.
