Baker — Gloucester County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a baker in Gloucester County, New Jersey. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate You will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
