Now hiring: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Columbia County, Florida. The role involves run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Six days a week, one day off.
