Now hiring: we are hiring a track-type tractor operator in Owyhee County, Idaho. The job is at a civil contractor's yard. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence The role involves operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily; push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; refuel the machine and record running hours. 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
