Renovation plasterer — Wayne County

Now hiring: we are hiring a renovation plasterer in Wayne County, Missouri. You will work on a commercial fit-out project. You should have: • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites Your main tasks: • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency Overtime paid at a premium rate.
