Great opportunity: we are hiring a prep cook in Gloucestershire, England. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate The role involves: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around £2,250 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
