Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Day-to-day duties: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches 4+ years on the tools preferred.
