Pipe fitter — Butler County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pipe fitter in Butler County, Iowa. You will work in the maintenance team of a facilities company. Ideal candidate: • Own a basic set of plumbing hand tools • Sound knowledge of PPR, CPVC, PVC and GI pipe systems • Familiar with pressure testing and leak detection On a typical shift you will replace worn washers, seals and float valves; cut, thread and join pipes with solvent cement or threaded connections; fit and seal taps, mixers, stopcocks and gate valves; install geysers, water heaters and booster pumps. Pay around $3,600 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
