Trainee butcher • Miller County, Missouri

We are recruiting: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Miller County, Missouri. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day On a typical shift you will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; season and marinate meat on request; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
