Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Hartley County, Texas. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Your main tasks: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Overtime paid at a premium rate.
