Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Decatur County, Tennessee. The role involves: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Full-time with occasional weekends.
