Immediate opening: we are hiring an argon welder in Holmes County, Ohio. You will be based at a busy fabrication workshop. On a typical shift you will keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
