Now hiring: we are hiring a site carpenter in North Lincolnshire, England. You will be based in a cabinet-making workshop. You will hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles; build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level; erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours; install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge. You should have: • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
